Describe the shot
Write a production-ready prompt and choose a FoxCut video model without leaving the Adobe panel.
Generate shots, B-roll, backgrounds, and motion layers inside the tools where the edit already lives. FoxCut connects your Adobe timeline to controllable AI video models—with the exact credit cost shown before you create.
Version 0.1.0 developer preview · Free download · FoxCut account and generation credits required
One connected workflow
Write a production-ready prompt and choose a FoxCut video model without leaving the Adobe panel.
FoxCut returns the exact credit estimate before Generate is enabled. Looking, connecting, and estimating are free.
Approve the paid generation once. The panel follows the job to completion without charging again while it polls.
The private output downloads into Adobe and lands in your bin, timeline, or active composition.
Choose your adapter
Create text-to-video variants from the active sequence, then import the result into your insertion bin, place it at the playhead, or overwrite a selected position.
Create still plates or motion layers at the closest composition aspect ratio, then add the result at the playhead or replace the currently selected layer.
Models without the tab switching
Use FoxCut DoP for directed camera motion, MiniMax H3 MAX for fast native-audio video, Kling for photoreal movement, or Wan for efficient production variants. After Effects also exposes FoxCut image models for backgrounds, title plates, and scene elements.

Connected—not exposed
Approve a short-lived connection code in FoxCut. The Adobe panel never asks for your password or a provider API key.
Generated files remain private and are downloaded with the connected FoxCut account's bearer credential.
Adobe uses the same balance as the web studio, with host-level attribution for Premiere Pro and After Effects spend.
Adobe plugin questions
Yes. FoxCut Shots is a Premiere Pro UXP panel that creates a FoxCut generation from your active sequence context, downloads the private result, and can import, insert, or overwrite it in the edit.
Yes. FoxCut Elements is an After Effects panel for generating still plates or motion layers, adding them at the composition playhead, or replacing a selected layer.
Adobe does not natively speak MCP. The FoxCut panels are Adobe-native adapters that connect securely to FoxCut's MCP tool server, so Adobe shares the same models, jobs, credits, and privacy rules as FoxCut's agent and CLI integrations.
The Premiere Pro preview includes FoxCut DoP, MiniMax H3 MAX, Kling 2.5, and Wan 2.5. After Effects includes FoxCut DoP, MiniMax H3 MAX, and Kling 2.5 for motion, plus Soul, FLUX Pro, and Seedream for still plates.
The developer-preview downloads are free. Generations use the credits on your connected FoxCut account, and the panel shows an estimate before any credits are spent.
These downloads are developer previews for evaluation. They still require host validation across supported macOS and Windows configurations before a signed public marketplace release.
